Once upon a time in... Europe is a Grundtvig learning partnership funded by the European Union, under the Lifelong Learning Programme. Nine countries participate in this partnership: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Poland, Denmark and Iceland. Our inspiration and lighthouse are the words by Joyce Carol Oates: «Reading is the sole means by which we slip, involuntarily, into another's skin, another's voice, another's soul.»
