Fears!

                  fears2                                             fears1

Some weeks ago we had a conversation with some students of mine concerning fears. I was terrified of a stray dog coming near me and they found it funny, so he had a casual discussion about fears, what they mean, why they are holding us back sometimes and how we can face them.

All that triggered an idea of mine: let’s use popular videos to teach vocabulary and to handle language inside the classroom. I picked the videos of 4 famous people confessing their fears publicly and created the following task-sheet which you can use with intermediate- upper-intermediate learners.

Very fun to deal with and successful in motivating most students to participate!
