Initially Laurencin release, replicate 8 of 30 luxurious duplicates specially sure and finalized of the singer (this content closed in pen on the Colophon page in addition to limitation web page overleaf). The full total release was of 1,200 duplicates, developed and published from the elite group printer Hans Mardersteig of the Officina Bodoni. This assortment of quick stories by Katherine Mansfield was first posted in 1922. Barr Octavo. Original full environmentally friendly morocco, one yellow label with gilt brands to back, elevated rings, black stamped rule to panels top sides gilt. Located in an eco-friendly morocco backed folding situation. With colour drawings by Marie Laurencin. Just a little light scrubbing to boards, most lesser foxing to fore edge plus some margins, otherwise in very good situation. Unique with an unfaded backbone.

Leather. Situation: Good Additionally. Laurencin, Marie (illustrator). Unique. No. 10 of 30 de luxe copies, quarto proportions, 328 pp., finalized by Marie Laurencin (double). Kathleen Mansfield Murry (1888-1923), created and lifted in unique Zealand, moved to the UK in the period of 19 in which she became a buddy of modernist people particularly D.H. Lawrence and Virginia Woolf; she passed away at age 34 from tuberculosis. This efforts are a collection of their small stories, superbly illustrated by Marie Laurencin (1883-1956), a French painter and an important figure in Parisian avant-garde. She is a part associated with the group which included Pablo Picasso and various other cubists, and is referred to as one of the few female Cubist painters (n.b., above information from Wiki). The lithographs within levels are far more traditional, becoming beautiful portraits on the figures inducing the strong thoughts with the reports. ___DESCRIPTION: De luxe type sure in turquoise leather and finalized from the musician (two signatures, as set forth above), straightforward embossed ruled edges in dark green on both boards and back, tan fabric spine tag with gilt lettering, top side gilt, ruled borders in gilt from the turn-ins, title-page in corrosion and black colored with a decorative boundary, writer’s Note tipped in after the copyright page (7.25″ by 5″), sixteen color lithographs through the entire book, colophon page in the back, this closed twice by Marie Laurencin (once in the webpage called «Colophon», once again throughout the colophon page itself), unique of 1200 duplicates which rates 1-30 comprise closed from the singer, this no. 10; smaller quarto in size (roughly 10″ large), pagination: (i-x), 1-316, Colophon (317-318).
