This 2-hour lesson is based on Ss's coursebook (Cross the Border 2, Gate 8). It was made with the use of Microsoft Power Point. It was an opportunity for the students to see photographs of a very different place, since their book provides only one. I didn't use the website www.icehotel.com because I found it quite confusing for the purpose of the lesson, although I took some information apart from the book. To read about a different hotel, to read and practise nouns and verbs related to hotels-ice and cold climate, to read a paragraph about a hotel, to practise asking questions and then prepare a dialogue.
