Natural disasters are severe and unexpected events by natural forces that can lead to widespread destruction and of life. They include earthquakes, hurricanes, , floods, tsunamis, and volcanic , among others.
Earthquakes are the of sudden movements of the Earth's tectonic plates. These movements cause the ground to , often leading to the collapse of and infrastructure. Earthquakes can trigger other disasters such as tsunamis, which are giant created by underwater seismic activity.
Hurricanes, also as typhoons or cyclones depending on their location, are powerful storms that form over warm waters. They bring strong winds, heavy , and can cause severe flooding and property damage. Tornadoes, on the hand, are violent windstorms characterized by a funnel-shaped cloud. They can destroy homes and within minutes.
