Dear Rachel,
I was sorry to that you and Helen have had an argument, but I am sure if you my advice, you will soon be friends again.
I am afraid I have to tell you that it is really your that you are not speaking. If you hadn't all those bad things to her, then she wouldn't have got so . If I were you, I would try to apologise to her. I feel sure that your friend won't want to talk to you unless you say sorry.
I think it be best for you to call her and arrange to meet. If she doesn't want to talk to you, you can ask friend to do it for you. If this fails, you can always her a letter and explain the reasons why you said the things you did.
Anyway, don't too much. If you do what I suggest, then the will soon be solved.
