However, in March, UK Foreign, Commonwealth &amp; Development Office (FCDO) issued urgent <a href=\"https:\/\/greekreporter.com\/2026\/03\/12\/uk-travel-advice-greece-clear-cyprus-restrictions\/\">updates for British travelers to Cyprus<\/a>. While no \u201cdo not travel\u201d warning has been issued, including vacation hotspots like Larnaca and <a href=\"https:\/\/greekreporter.com\/tag\/Paphos\/\">Paphos<\/a>, the FCDO urged British nationals to follow instructions from local authorities.<\/p>\n<p>The UK was followed by Poland with 8.4% (25,371), Germany with 8% (24,178), <a href=\"https:\/\/greekreporter.com\/tag\/Israel\/\">Israel<\/a> with 5.3% (15,997) and <a href=\"https:\/\/greekreporter.com\/greece\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Greece\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Greece<\/a> with 4.7% (14,255)<\/p>\n<p>In April, 73% of tourists traveled for the holidays, 17.7% visited friends and relatives, and 9.2% traveled for business purposes.
