Do you think you have healthy eating habits? Maybe you do, or maybe you think you do. This is a survey carried out by my students in the e-twinning programme «Eat healthy, learn what you eat». After their survey on harmful ingredients and food conservatives they voted on the unhealthiest snacks and made the following Power Point Presentation. Learn and enjoy!
The Value of Education
Education is an essential part of intellectual freedom, and one of its main values is improving how students view, exist in and participate in the world. Because education is a social event for most people, it encourages sharing of ideas and experiences among students, which helps students become better members of the community by teaching morals, ethics and community responsibility. Without education, for example, students would be unable to understand the benefits of volunteering.
In addition, education helps encourage students to educate themselves and seek out information. It provides students with the opportunity to learn about many different things, including art, sports, math, literature and history, so that the students are able to discover what interests them. This gives them the basic building blocks needed to succeed in life later on through a career and further education.
Κρατικό Πιστοποιητικό Γλωσσομάθειας ΚΠΓ
Το Κρατικό Πιστοποιητικό Γλωσσομάθειας είναι ένα σύστημα εξετάσεων που πιστοποιεί την γνώση σε διάφορα επίπεδα ξένων γλωσσών. Στις εξετάσεις μπορούν να λάβουν μέρος όλοι ανεξαιρέτως αρκεί να έχουν βασική γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας γιατί στις εξετάσεις ελέγχεται και η ικανότητα διαμεσολάβησης από τα ελληνικά στην ξένη γλώσσα που εξετάζεται κάθε φορά.
Γιατί να επιλέξει κανείς το ΚΠΓ αντί για τα διάφορα ξένα πανεπιστήμια που προσφέρουν αντίστοιχα πιστοποιητικά; α) Γιατί τα εξέταστρα σε σχέση με αυτά των ξένων πανεπιστημίων είναι εξαιρετικά φτηνά και τα λεφτά μένουν στην χώρα μας. β) Γιατί τα πιστοποιητικά του ΚΠΓ αναγνωρίζονται από όλα τα κράτη-μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης γ) Γιατί μπορεί κανείς να βρει στην σελίδα του ΚΠΓ όλα τα παλιά θέματα
των εξετάσεων ανά γλώσσα και επίπεδο για να εξασκηθεί χωρίς να χρειαστεί να δαπανήσει χρήματα για αγορά σχετικών βιβλίων.
