This book contains a postgraduate study which handles the annotation of the content of the "notes" in the manuscripts of the monastery of Xeropotamou on mount Atos.
The "notes" of the manuscripts are very important texts which offer to us valuable information about historical and other events, known or unknown persons, disasters due to natural or human factors, e.t.c. All this information gives us a view of the past which wouldn't exist without these "notes".
