1.     Select group of students / teachers who will work in the project in September 2013
2.     Design and implementation of questionnaires for teachers-October 2013
3.     Project launch conference-in November 2013
4.     International drawing competition for choosing project logo designin November 2013
5.     Create a website project which will be a useful resource of professional development for teachers in the two regions but also across Europe- December 2013
6.     Local community awareness campaign on pupils with SEN-December 2013
7.     CD presentation achieving about specific  functioning integration of pupils with SEN in mainstream school-January, February 2014
8.     Making a research on inclusive education February ?March 2014
9.     Traininng for staff involved in educating students with SEN from special schools and for teachers of integrate children into mainstream schools ,,Models of good practice in inclusive education in Romania and Greece "April-May 2014
