In this paper I discuss the vocabulary of Rebetiko and demonstrating the sociocultural dimensions of its lexical elements I study the linguistic potentiality which defines it as an integral part of Modern Greek including elements of renewal, composition and creativity. ΠΕΡΙΣΣΟΤΕΡΑ ΕΔΩ.
